What is Thymalin?
Thymalin is an immunomodulatory polypeptide derived from the thymus gland. Like Epitalon, it was developed by Professor Khavinson and his colleagues in Russia. It was developed in 1974 from calf thymus. In 1992, it was registered as an immunomodulator.
Thymalin induces proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocytes (thymus-dependent lymphocytes) precursors of mature T cells, stabilizes the T lymphocyte subpopulations ratios, regulates T and B lymphocyte interactions, and activates a phagocytic function in neutrophils, macrophages, monocytes, and natural-killer cells (NK cells). It can prevent heart disease by reducing lipid levels by directly affecting lymphocytes responsible for removing plaque from the walls of the arteries.
- Powerful peptide against psoriasis;
- Improves the immune system and natural defenses;
- Optimizes endocrine function;
- Mitigates the risk of heart disease.
